For Service Providers & Contractors

1. Effective Date: April 1, 2025

   1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the [Marketplace Name] platform as a service provider ("Contractor"). By signing up, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Platform Use & Eligibility

   1. You must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in your jurisdiction

   2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Compliance & Insurance

   1. You are solely responsible for maintaining all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance.

   2. You agree to submit insurance documents upon request and notify the platform of any lapses.

4. Disintermediation Prohibited

   1. You agree not to bypass the platform to contact, solicit, or transact directly with any customer met through the platform.

   2. Violating this clause may result in account termination and legal recourse, including liquidated damages equivalent to the platform’s lost fees.

5. Payment Terms

   1. You agree that all payments for services booked through the platform will be processed by the platform.

   2. The platform will deduct a service fee from your payout as specified in the Contractor Agreement.

6. Ratings & Feedback

   1. Customers may leave public ratings and reviews.

   2. Manipulating, suppressing, or incentivizing reviews is strictly prohibited.

7. 6. Platform Rights**

- The platform reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or investigate accounts for behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

- The platform is not liable for damage, injury, or disputes arising from services rendered by you

- You agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims resulting from your work.

**8. Termination*

- You may deactivate your account at any time. The platform may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.
